I want you to know that our team of paralegals and lawyers will always be here for you as we begin this long journey of recovery together.

By now, you should have already signed your paperwork virtually using Vignsign. Due to Covid19 precautions, we are not physically meeting with our new clients at this time, so you may have questions that haven’t been answered yet. If so, please call, email, or text your Intake Coordinator so we can assist you with any concerns.

Here’s a few things you will want need to know about your case:

  • Gather all of your important paperwork related to your case, including bills, medical records, and police or incident reports.
  • Be sure to submit all new bills or paperwork you receive promptly to your legal team.
  • Send us a copy of your driver’s license if you haven’t already (take a photo with your smartphone, and text or email it to your case).
  • Be completely honest and upfront with us about any prior injuries or incidents you may have suffered prior to this one.

Please also take a minute to review the two handouts, below. Understanding your responsibilities as our client is extremely crucial to our ability to secure the best possible outcome for your personal injury case.
